Colleen Edwards founded EMC Creative (originally Edwards & McCaslin) in a bar on a cold and misty St. Patrick’s Day in 1980. (It’s a great story… ask her to tell it to you.) Among her many honors, she is a 2006 inductee of the California Building Industry Association’s Hall of Fame, one of a few women in the history of the organization to achieve such an honor. She is author of From Good Market Research to Great Marketing (Washington, DC, Home Builder Press, National Association of Home Builders, 1999) and host of The Real Story, an online resource for real estate news on KCBS radio.
Green at heart. Every aspect of our business is infused with our penchant for all things sustainable. Yes, we work to reduce waste and conserve resources in our own offices and the materials we produce. We also advise clients on how to become greener builders and how to market those efforts to encourage sustainability and healthier homes for buyers—and healthier sales, as well.
